Cutting-edge rejuvenation with the patient’s own blood (regenerative medicine) PRP (*1) Skin Regeneration Therapy
Our clinics perform New-PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy (W-PRP) (*2), in which PRP three to five times more concentrated than conventional PRP is used together with white blood cells.
Through joint research with Japanese Doctor group, we have further improved the efficacy, successfully expanded the indications, including deep wrinkles that are difficult to treat with the previous version of PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy, and extended the duration of the benefit. The result is Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy.

Addition of a certain ratio of growth factors to PRP allows treatment of deep nasolabial grooves, which are difficult to treat with conventional platelet therapy, and prolongs the duration of efficacy. Maximizing the regenerative potential of PRP, which has the effect of potentiating your innate natural healing power and tissue reorganization potential, Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy is the cutting-edge, anti-aging procedure. The therapy uses the patient’s own blood and thus poses no risk of allergy. It requires only one injection, and repeated clinical visits are not necessary.
In conventional cosmetic medicine, hyaluronic acid and collagen are commonly injected. Now that Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy is available, and the patient’s own blood may be used to improve all symptoms.
We achieved 18,000 cases of Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy. (May 2013)
We achieved the most number of cases in the world.
The number of case is based on our quality, and we achieved the best practice safely.
In joint research with Japanese Doctor group, we succeeded in dramatically improving the efficacy.
The result is Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy.
This research results was presented at the 16th Research Council Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the 26th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the 43rd Kyoto Plastic Surgery Medical Association, and the 51st Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This is an inimitable, novel PRP therapy performed by Cosmetic Surgery Seishin and Japanese Doctor group.
On the basis of the results of joint research, the addition of growth factors to PRP allows treatment of deep nasolabial grooves, which are difficult to treat with conventional platelet therapy. In conventional cosmetic medicine, hyaluronic acid and collagen are commonly injected. Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy with the patient’s own blood is indicated for many more conditions.
Growth factors, which promote skin growth and wound healing and increase the elasticity of collagen tissue, play a significant role in regenerative power. The secretion of growth factors decreases with increasing age, which is found to accelerate aging. Our clinics add growth factors to PRP to maximize the regenerative power.
Persons who were not satisfied with the efficacy of conventional platelet therapy are likely to benefit from the proven efficacy of Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy supplemented with growth factors.

*The degree of improvement varies among individuals.
Conventional therapy with hyaluronic acid requires periodic multiple injections and associated costs. In contrast, Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy, characterized by the long duration of efficacy and requirement of fewer injections, substantially reduces the patient’s level of stress for sustained efficacy.

Many clinics now use what they call “autologous platelets” to eliminate wrinkles and acne marks. All those clinics claim skin regeneration therapy with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). However, the efficacy of therapy differs substantially. Through joint research with Japanese Doctor group, our clinics successfully enhanced the efficacy.
Important factors for greater efficacy include the concentration and quality of platelets for injection.
As described earlier, skin regeneration with PRP is based on a mechanism where platelets release various growth factors to promote tissue repair, angiogenesis, and collagen production for skin rejuvenation. The efficacy is enhanced by improving the quality of platelets in PRP and formulating white blood cells and growth factors.
However, higher concentrations do not necessarily mean greater efficacy.
Excessive amounts of platelets, white blood cells, and growth factors may be harmful. It is important to ask clinics whether they formulate appropriate amounts on the basis of medical data and clinical results. When receiving therapy, take these into consideration before choosing a clinic.
Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy uses components called platelets contained in the blood. Platelets play a role in stopping bleeding and repairing damaged blood vessels and cells in the body. Platelets contain substances called growth factors that activate and rejuvenate cells in the body. The growth factors, when released, induce collagen production and generation of new capillaries and rejuvenate the skin. Moreover, white blood cells exert a synergistic effect, resulting in an about five-fold increase in the amount of growth factors released. In Premium PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy, the growth factor cocktail supplemented with specific growth factors is injected to alleviate a variety of skin problems.
Hyaluronic acid and collagen are commonly used in injection therapy for the treatment of wrinkles. Injection of these agents and that of PRP have completely different mechanisms of action. Beautiful, firm skin is securely supported by elastic collagen. When collagen content decreases with increasing age, skin elasticity decreases, leading to the appearance of wrinkles and sags.
Unlike the injection of hyaluronic acid and other agents to physically fill wrinkles, Premium Skin Regeneration Therapy utilizes the potential of the skin to naturally improve wrinkles and acne marks. Hyaluronic acid is absorbed over time and wrinkles recur. The great advantage of PRP is to rejuvenate the skin from the inside for a long period of time.
When fat injection and transplantation of adipose tissue-derived stem cells are performed for the treatment of depressed areas in the face, breast augmentation, and other purposes, concomitant injection of PRP further increases fat graft survival.
